| What are the shipping methods & charges? | |
| Most items are shipped in a plain cardboard box or package. The only identifiable markers on the boxes shipped is a small "MH" label on it so you can identify it. We use UPS as our shipping carrier and offer numerous shipping methods, which you can select during check out. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and your shipping method. You can preview the various shipping methods & charges before final check out. Shipping Policy Shipping is available through UPS. UPS picks up packages Monday - Friday. This means that if you order an item over the weekend, it will not be shipped out until the following Monday. UPS does not deliver on holidays. Once your order has been picked up, we will send you a tracking number via email, and you can locate your package on the UPS website at www.ups.com. Please keep in mind that while all the items on MightyHydro.net are available to you, some or all of the items that you purchase may not be in stock at the time of your order. This means the product will have to be ordered from our wholesalers and may take a few extra days to be delivered to you. | How do I create an account? | |
| 1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. | Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. | |
| How much is my shipping? | |
| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. | |
| I forgot my password. | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. | |
| How do I return my product? | |
| Please contact us before returning an item at 619-287-3238 or info@mightyhydro.com. All items purchased can be returned to Mighty Hydro in their original condition and package within 30 days of receipt. The item you are returning must be in its original packaging or it will not be returnable. Light bulbs, nutrients or any liquid products are not returnable, no exceptions. Any items which are special ordered from a wholesaler are not returnable. All sale items are final. Shipping and handling is non refundable, unless we sent the wrong item or the item was a defect. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. IMPORTANT: DEFECTIVE ITEMS may be returned within 14 days of the original shipment date for an exchange or store credit. In some cases defective items will be the responsibility of the customer to be returned to the manufacturer. |
